Hello Team Gold,
Thanks for all the hard work and great effort coach Webb and I get to witness every week. We had a fantastic second half yesterday. It all started with good defense! From this, the team was able to work the ball up the field and get the nessary offensive zone time to complete our three passes.
As a reminder we don't have a lot of practice time so the girls really need to devote time on their own to improving their passing and catching. All it takes is a few minutes each day to get outside with a ball and stick.
Here are few videos to help all you parents understanding the proper fundimentials of girls lacrosse.

Additonally We are excited to be holding a free girl’s lacrosse clinic on Saturday May 14th at Doherty Field from 2pm-4pm. We have expert coaches coming to teach specialized lacrosse skills to all ages. The Andover High School Varsity coach Ally Stager will also be there to teach and inspire.
The girls will be broken out by grade and taught age appropriate skills and fundamentals such as draws, defensive positioning, dodging and many other critical concepts in a fun and upbeat atmosphere. The clinic is open to all registered AYL girls K-8.
